The first stage
Limestone, dolomite, chalk, shells and other raw materials with high calcium carbonate content are calcined at 900-1100 ℃ to obtain lime.
The second stage
If the lime size obtained after calcination is higher than the input size of the lime mill, it will be crushed by a small jaw crusher or hammer crushing.
The third phase
After crushing, the material enters the lime mill production system, and operations such as grinding and grading are automatically completed in the mill.
The fourth stage
Qualified lime powder is released by the discharge valve, and the finished product is packaged.
