Carbon black used in the plastic industry

Before selecting suitable carbon black, we must confirm their uses, for example for coloring, anti-UV, etc., or conductive.
 
Coloring carbon black
 
Carbon black pigment can better color plastic, optional carbon black pigment or coloring characteristics according to the physical and chemical properties. The choice of carbon black with black are based on blackness must be reached. The application of UV protective
 
One use of carbon black in the plastics industry is anti-UV aging, due to a higher carbon black light absorbing, which can effectively prevent the plastic by sunlight to produce photo-oxidation degradation. Black UV stabilizers in plastics as a role are: light energy into heat; plastic surface protection against certain wavelengths of radiation exposure; while the interception of radical anti-aging effects, thus preventing the catalytic degradation. Black plastic protective effect against UV aging, depending on the particle size of the carbon black, the structure and surface chemistry. Carbon black surface containing groups are more volatile that higher can eliminate genes generated during decomposition of the polymer, and therefore also enhanced the protective effect.
