What are N220, N234, N330 and other
N series carbon black? What are their
application/usage difference?
N220 is suitable for all kinds of rubber, wear resistance than N330 is 10% -20%, to impart high tensile strength rubber particles and tear strength, and certain conductivity. Mainly used truck tires, passenger tires tread, and require high strength, high wear-resistant rubber products.

N220 N234 wear about high use at high severity can show good wear resistance. Tire tread rubber is mainly used for high-speed and high-quality rubber products.
N326 has a higher tensile strength in natural rubber, tear strength, abrasion resistance and anti-cracking performance jump. Mainly used for high strength, low heat tires (including off-road tire) tread, also applies to the conveyor belt, rubber sealing products and other high-quality industrial products.
N330 is a good performance reinforcing
carbon black particles can give a better tensile properties, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility. Mainly used in tire tread rubber cord, sidewall and various rubber products.
N339 in the reinforcing properties of the tread rubber compound, abrasion resistance and anti-crack growth resistance close to N220 carbon black, especially for styrene and butadiene rubber and use system. Mainly used for passenger tires, truck tire tread rubber, conveyor belts, hose and high wear resistance requirements of industrial rubber products.
N375 and N339 performance is basically the same, the heat slightly lower than the N339. Mainly used for car tires, truck tires and off-road tire tread.
N550 is suitable for all kinds of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, easily dispersed, can be given a higher stiff plastic material, extrusion speed, small mouth swelling, press the smooth surface. Good high temperature properties of vulcanized rubber and thermal performance, reinforcing properties, elasticity and resilience are also better. Mainly used for tire cord rubber, sidewall, inner tube and press out, rolled products rubber compound.
N539 used in this product compound, which pushed out a smooth surface, small mouth swelling. The tensile strength and elongation of vulcanized rubber high modulus lower than the N550, flexibility and fatigue resistance are good. Mainly used for rubber tire carcass, especially for natural rubber-based buffer layer of plastic material, can also be used in tire rubber base, clear tape, and other rubber products and wire, cable sheathing compound.
N660 this product is suitable for all kinds of rubber, compared with the semi-reinforcing carbon black, has a high structure, fine particles, easily dispersed in the rubber compound, the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber, tear strength and modulus higher, while the deformation is small, low heat, good elasticity and resistance flexor performance. Mainly used tire wheel curtain tape, inner tubes, bicycle, hose, tape, cable, footwear and calendered products, model products.
