Configuration of vertical powder grinding mill line:
screw conveyor→bucket elevator→0.8*8 dyer→bucket elevator→vibrating feeder→HGM80 vertical powder grinding mill→CBF-159A packing machine

This customer has very limited space to install the whole line. So we have to use bucket elevator to sent the powder into dryer, instead of screw conveyor. And we have to change our stardand powder collector and dust cleaner to save space. 

 

Firstly the material are sent to bucket elevator by screw conveyor, then sent to dryer through bucket elevator. After coming out from dryer, the mateial are sent to a big silo by elevator to get cool down. Then the cooled material are sent to our grinding system. After grinding, the finished powder are get  packed by our packing machine on the discharge valve, on the bottom of vertical powder grinding mill.
